Rundll32.EXE is a Windows system file used to run a section of a dll file as though it were a standalone exe. But when i download the rundll again my program can be open. Into windows and running from the icon. Thats the only app i noticed probs with so far. I did a search for it and found rundll32exe originally in the windows 32 folder.
